<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos </li><li>Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service </li><li>Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area </li><li>Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation </li><li>Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries </li><li>Upsell additional products or menu items to customers </li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a barista or in the food industry is preferred </li><li>Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee blends </li><li>Familiarity point-of-sale software is a plus </li><li>Strong sales skills and ability to engage with customers </li><li>Proficient in cash handling and basic retail math skills </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
