<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Driver is responsible for providing transportation to community programs, events and resident appointments.</p> <p>Availability: Full-Time | primarily weekdays 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, flexibility to work 3pm-11pm if needed</p> <p>What will I do every day?</p> <ul> <li>Drive vehicles to community events, shopping excursions, etc. </li><li>Assist with scheduling transportation as required </li><li>Promote resident attendance and participation in all Wellness Programs </li><li>Monitor general maintenance and overall safety of vehicles </li><li>Assist in setting up/tearing down Wellness and community events as needed </li></ul> <p>What will I need to be successful in this role?</p> <ul> <li>Bring a smile to work every day </li><li>Be a great team player </li><li>High school graduate </li><li>One to two years' experience as a driver (preferably with seniors) </li><li>Retirees welcome to apply! </li></ul> <p>Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license and proof of good driving record </li><li>Commercial driver's license or ability to obtain one within reasonable time of employment (as required) </li><li>First Aid Certification </li></ul> <p>What's in it for me?
