Your work focuses on providing clinical teams and committees with content expertise for program and registry requirements and guidelines. Ultimately, your efforts will help advance the Cleveland Clinic experience, facilitating quality improvements and optimized benchmark performance.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works remotely Monday through Friday in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada from 8:00 a.m. -- 4:30 p.m.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide content expertise for program / registry requirements and guidelines to clinical teams and committees in a multi-hospital environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify patients in the clinical registries through the application of strict criteria and protocols.</p> </li><li> <p>Collect and validate data for the program using the applicable criteria and definitions established by the registry.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and maintain adequate work flow for data collection.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide accurate and timely submission of data into the program's website and assuring the transmission of completed data according to the program's targets and deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with clinical departments/units on performance improvement initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare or a related field and three years of clinical experience or related research/registry experience</p> </li><li> <p>OR a diploma from an accredited school of nursing or a certification from an Allied Healthcare program and five years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>OR Associate's degree in Science, Healthcare or a related field and five years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with medical record documentation and mainframe systems for patient information</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor of Science in Nursing</p> </li><li> <p>Current valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license may be required for some positions</p> </li><li> <p>Previous transplant experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information</p> </li><li> <p>In some locations, ability to move up to 10 pounds</p> </li></ul> <p>Personal Protective Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Minimum Annual Salary: $52,270.00</p> <p>Maximum Annual Salary: $79,727.50</p> <p>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
