Moran, Executive Director of Human Resources</p> <p>SUBJECT: PROMISE College and Career Academy (PCCA) Codification Team.</p> <p>PROMISE College and Career Academy is seeking collaborative and innovative professionals to join the PROMISE Codification Team. This team will work together to review, refine, and codify the existing instructional school model elements. Building a strong foundational framework, team members will make thoughtful enhancements and develop a comprehensive codification plan that includes detailed documentation, tools, and resources to support consistency, scalability, and long-term impact.</p> <p>Codification efforts will center around three key focus areas:</p> <ul> <li>Rigorous and Purposeful Learning Experiences </li><li>College and Career Planning </li><li>Community and Business Partnerships </li></ul> <p>While each area will have dedicated attention, eighteen (18) team members may be assigned to cross-functional groups to ensure diverse perspectives and integrated thinking across domains.</p> <p>By the end of the school year, the team will produce a final, multifaceted, actionable codification package that reflects the school's mission and vision.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS: Expertise in one of the following areas:</p> <ul> <li>Curriculum design, with a strong emphasis on developing project-based learning experiences and creating authentic, student-centered, experiential learning opportunities that foster inquiry, relevance, and academic rigor. </li><li>Developing comprehensive Post-Secondary Success Plans for high school students that integrate both college preparation and workforce readiness, including advising systems, milestone tracking, and access to real-world planning tools. </li><li>Designing and managing career-connected learning pathways, including structured opportunities for job shadowing, internships, mentorships, and work-based learning, aligned to student interests and local workforce needs. </li><li>Familiarity with Transformative Learning Experiences (TLEs) preferred. </li><li>Available to collaborate 10 hours per month including nights and weekends. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION: $3,000 stipend</p> <p>FUNDING SOURCE: Barr Foundation</p>
