As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in preparing SEC filings, researching technical accounting matters, and ensuring our financial reporting meets the highest standards of transparency and regulatory compliance. If you enjoy digging into complex accounting guidance, collaborating across teams, and bringing clarity to financial data, this role puts you at the center of it all.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <p>You'll help lead the preparation of SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports, drafting financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures while partnering closely with finance, legal, and operations teams. You'll support monthly and quarterly close activities through journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis, conduct technical accounting research under U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, and document conclusions clearly and thoroughly. You'll also help maintain SOX compliance, strengthen internal controls over financial reporting, and support both internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries.</p> <p>We'd Love to Hear From People With:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field </li><li>2+ years of accounting experience </li><li>Technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements </li><li>Experience supporting financial reporting or public company environments </li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills </li><li>High attention to detail in financial data and disclosures </li></ul> <p>A Successful Candidate Brings:</p> <ul> <li>CPA certification </li><li>Experience in SEC reporting or public accounting </li><li>Experience with Workiva platform </li><li>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Fusion Cloud </li><li>Ability to interpret and apply complex accounting standards </li></ul> <p>Estimated Starting Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000. This position is Bonus eligible.
