Come be a part of the revolution!</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Donor Data, Gift Processing & Reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Perform timely, accurate data entry and ongoing maintenance of donor records</p> </li><li> <p>Process and track all gifts and pledges across all types of giving and recognition protocols across communities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure prompt donor acknowledgments aligned with stewardship standards</p> </li><li> <p>Administrative, Operational & Executive Support</p> </li><li> <p>Provide high quality administrative support to the Vice President of Philanthropy and Foundation team</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact for donors, volunteers, and partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Support donor outreach, stewardship calls, and small fundraising initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Communications, Storytelling & Donor-Centered Messaging</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with appeals, campaigns, list segmentation, and mailings</p> </li><li> <p>Draft donor-centered materials, impact stories, and event communications</p> </li><li> <p>Event Coordination and Fundraising Portfolio Management</p> </li><li> <p>Help plan and execute Foundation events and donor gatherings</p> </li><li> <p>Manage a small donor portfolio with stewardship and follow-up</p> </li><li> <p>Document donor interactions and support moves management</p> </li><li> <p>Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>3+ years of administrative or team support experience (nonprofit/fundraising experience a plus) </li><li>Experience with donor CRM systems (Raiser's Edge/NXT strongly preferred) </li><li>Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with outreach calls </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive tasks </li></ul> <p>Location: 5508 NW 88th Street.
