We design, build and service systems that provide critical power to customers where safety and reliability are paramount.</p> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Provide daily technical support to manufacturing operations, including maintenance and functional groups. </li><li>Analyze product designs to determine the most efficient manufacturing methods. </li><li>Specify tools, equipment, and processes for part/assembly production or evaluate existing processes. </li><li>Direct the design and construction of tools and equipment or recommend process improvements. </li><li>Develop new tools, equipment, and processes for manufacturing. </li><li>Interface with equipment vendors and contractors to implement new systems and manage existing ones. </li><li>Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes and products. </li><li>Write and implement work instructions, processes, and procedures for production and department use. </li><li>Analyze product variations and implement process capability improvements. </li><li>Develop and implement manufacturing control strategies and productivity improvements. </li><li>Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct. </li><li>Perform special projects as required. </li></ul> <p>Who we're looking for:</p> <p>At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. They are the fundamental qualities that we seek for all roles.</p> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering and 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience; or 7 years of manufacturing engineering experience. </li><li>"Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship.
