<p>Description</p> <p>Position at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc.</p> <p>BASIC PURPOSE: To process Accounts Payable invoices for payment.</p> <p>BASIC POSITION DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>High volume data entry </li><li>Connect purchase orders to invoices and process for payment </li><li>Send invoices for approval </li><li>Check off invoices daily as well as prior to the weekly payment run </li><li>Communicate with vendors and other departments </li><li>Verifying invoices in multiple accounting systems </li><li>File invoices after payment </li><li>Review vendor statements monthly </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required. </li><li>1-3 years of accounting experience required. </li><li>Previous data entry experience </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Strong written and verbal skills. </li></ul> <p>This is a temporary position.</p> <p>Interested Candidates Should Submit Cover Letter and Salary History When Applying.</p> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V</p> <p>Apply Apply Later</p>
