They create an environment of collaboration and community, encouraging everyone to thrive.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities:</p> <p>BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND PEOPLE LEADERSHIP</p> <ul> <li>Conducts classroom observations, evaluations, and provides feedback that motivates and encourages learning </li><li>Trains new staff on curriculum, state and sanitation </li><li>Manages the team to ensure curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards </li><li>Uses a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop for the future </li><li>Builds and communicates weekly schedules </li><li>Daily management of classroom ratios </li><li>Oversees all assessments, evaluations, trainings and more </li><li>Manages new children paperwork and all children's files in compliance with state licensing regulations </li><li>In partnership with Center Director, conducts team meetings to communicate important information and set a direction </li></ul> <p>CUSTOMER FOCUS</p> <ul> <li>Assists tours with prospective families, highlighting key features and points of difference of our curriculum, teacher tenure/quality, etc. </li><li>Regularly communicates with families regarding student progress </li><li>Execution of our Bubbles and Friends App </li><li>Regularly audits and maintains all records and files for students </li><li>Ensures the physical environment and health/safety standards are full compliance with local and state licensing regulations </li><li>Responsible for accident/incident reporting </li><li>Medication management </li><li>Manages new customer administration and files in compliance with state licensing regulations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>At least one year of center leadership/management experience required. </li><li>Must have professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field highly preferred. </li><li>Early Childhood Certificate, CDA or Associates Degree in related field is required. </li><li>Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations. </li><li>CPR and First Aide Certification highly preferred. </li><li>Must meet state specific guidelines </li></ul>
