<p>Leading manufacturer is seeking to fill a Delivery Driver position for it's XCal Tools-Madisonville, KY plant. Responsibilities include loading/unloading raw steel materials and finished products including banding and palletizing; perform other duties as needed.</p> <ul> <li>Team mentality with ability to follow safety and quality procedures </li><li>Dependability to be consistently at work and on time with ability to work flexible schedule of 40+ hours per week as required </li><li>Deliveries may be out of normal work hours as needed </li><li>Pull material to fulfil orders properly </li><li>Wrap orders and place them on trucks for delivery </li><li>Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed </li><li>Document orders, materials and any stock movements </li><li>Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes </li><li>Follow routes and time schedule </li><li>Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle </li><li>Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints </li><li>Complete logs and reports </li><li>Follow DOT regulations and safety standards </li><li>Near/far vision; total visual field; repetitive sitting, standing, walking, driving, and/or bending; heavy lifting (up to 65lbs) capability; multiple limb coordination </li></ul> <p>Excellent benefits include medical with a standard PPO plan with deductibles as low as $1,500 and wellness credit up to $750; voluntary 401k plan deduction up to 12% with varying company match per quarter; voluntary dental and vision plans; telemedicine services; basic life and short term disability coverage.</p>
