<p>Store Donation Attendant (Part-Time - Set Schedule) America's Thrift Stores is now hiring Store Donation Attendants! We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and creating a great experience for our donors. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for donations-helping keep operations running smoothly while maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment. Schedule:This is a part-time position with a set schedule:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday | 7:30 AM - 3:00 PMAdditional availability for evening shifts is preferred. What You'll Do:</p> <p>Greet and thank donors as they drop off items Assist with unloading donations from vehicles (up to 50 lbs.) Keep the donation area clean, safe, and organized Sort and handle donated goods appropriately Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations</p> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <p>Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic Friendly, positive attitude with great customer service skills Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, moving throughout shift) Able to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain) Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in where needed Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check</p> <p>If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and making a difference in your community, we'd love to meet you! #IND123</p>
