This leadership role is responsible for maintaining compliance, supporting enrollment growth, developing teachers, and creating a positive culture for families and team members.</p> <p>We are looking for a strong operational leader who can balance classroom quality, team development, and business performance.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily center operations and ensure compliance with Colorado licensing regulations </li><li>Lead, coach, and develop teaching staff to maintain high classroom quality </li><li>Manage staff scheduling, ratios, and performance expectations </li><li>Drive enrollment growth through tours and community engagement </li><li>Maintain strong relationships with families and provide exceptional customer service </li><li>Monitor financial performance including labor management and budgeting </li><li>Ensure a safe, organized, and positive school environment </li></ul> <p>Colorado Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must meet Colorado Office of Early Childhood Director qualifications </li><li>PDIS Level 2 or higher required </li><li>Experience in a licensed early childhood center required </li><li>Must pass Colorado state background check </li><li>Completion of required state training and ongoing professional development </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Minimum three years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting </li><li>Experience managing staff of 20 or more preferred </li><li>Strong organizational and scheduling skills </li><li>Confident decision maker with excellent communication skills </li><li>Ability to build culture, accountability, and team engagement </li></ul> <p>Why You Will Love TLE Arvada</p> <ul> <li>Supportive regional leadership </li><li>Established systems and curriculum </li><li>Opportunities for professional growth </li><li>Competitive salary and performance incentives </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year</p> <p>This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
