<p>FLSA Status: Non-Exempt</p> <p>Summary Knowledge in manufactured home parts, service and bilingual a plus. Interviews customers, gather information, and record interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties:</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Talks with customers by phone to go over the customer list. </li><li>Review retailer checkout sheets for items wrong with home when it arrives at the lot. </li><li>Guide contractors working for their plant. </li><li>Enter service orders into the service system. </li><li>Assign correct parts to each item on service order. </li><li>File completed work orders. </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Must have strong attention to detail </li><li>Must have strong computer skills </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 20lbs. </li><li>Must provide a high level of customer service </li><li>Must have strong communication skills both internal (Champion) and external (Customers) </li><li>Must have a great work ethic </li><li>Must live the Champion Operating Principles </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office </li><li>Previous experience in manufactured/modular housing desired </li></ul> <p>EEO Statement</p> <p>Champion Home Builders is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
