We are needing an licensed therapist to help our growing group practice in multiple locations in Little Rock Arkansas area.</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <ul> <li>Schedule: 3-4 days a week within Monday to Friday </li><li>Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units </li><li>Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform assessments and therapy sessions </li><li>Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care </li><li>Ensure timely and accurate documentation </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Hold a valid full license as either</p> </li><li> <p>LPC licensed professional counselor</p> </li><li> <p>LMHC licensed mental health counselor</p> </li><li> <p>LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required</p> </li></ul> <p>Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $44,000 to $64,000 with no cap on productivity income potential</p> <p>Curious if our facilities are close to you?
