This position will lead compliance efforts, conduct data analysis, and manage survey administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in SQL and PowerBI, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support data-reliant applications that serve the college</p> </li><li> <p>Compliance Lead</p> </li><li> <p>Support program development with labor market and industry data</p> </li><li> <p>Survey Administration</p> </li><li> <p>Foster Cross-Collaborative Data Relationships</p> </li><li> <p>Pursue Continued Professional Development</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>The salary range for this position is $25.29 to $36.71 hourly.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>At least three (3) years experience in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Institutional Research, Public Administration, or a related discipline.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience with SQL and Power BI for data querying, visualization, and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with institutional, state, and federal compliance requirements, like IPEDS and Higher Learning Commission standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience designing, distributing, and analyzing surveys using tools like CCSSE, Noel Levitz SSI, or similar.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience working within Academic or Student Affairs, with an understanding of how data supports student success, program development, and institutional effectiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across departments and present data insights clearly.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Master's degree in Institutional Research, Higher Education Administration, Data Science, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior administrative experience with with Gray DI, EAB, and Watermark to support institutional effectiveness and planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced knowledge of SQL for database management and querying.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior work in a college or university setting, particularly in institutional research or compliance roles.</p> </li><li> <p>Active membership in organizations such as AIRUM, AIR, ASHE, or SCUP.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leading cross-functional projects involving data systems, compliance, or accreditation.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying current on trends in higher education compliance and analytics.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Application Materials:</p> <p>Please ensure you have the following items submitted with your application:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Cover Letter</p> </li><li> <p>Resume/CV</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Requirements</p> <p>All resumes must clearly address the Required Qualifications as stated above.
