<p>We are looking for energetic, collaborative and highly motivated team members to close our front of house during the week.</p> <p>Consistent Saturday availability is required (at least lunch or dinner hours)</p> <p>Outcomes: This position will be responsible for the following outcomes.</p> <ul> <li>Work a closing shift 2-3 times a week (typical shifts are 5pm-11pm) </li><li>Consistently provide excellent customer service to our guests during the dinner hours </li><li>Meet our goals regarding Customer Experience scores (specifically Attentive and Courteous and Order Accuracy) </li><li>Pass any food safety inspections (internal or external) and be constantly improving our practices </li><li>Follow closing procedures and set the morning shift up for success </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Competencies: The best team members share the following characteristics:</p> <ul> <li>Great communicators who can communicate clearly in an energetic environment </li><li>Leaders who inspire collaboration and elevate those around them </li><li>Positive workers who can accurately, efficiently and safely assemble food orders, both independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Workers who appreciate a clean workspace and will independently meet our food safety standards. </li><li>Learners who are always looking to improve themselves </li><li>Collaborative workers who can think ahead and solve problems proactively and reactively </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive starting wages between $12 and $15.50, depending on availability </li><li>Advancement opportunities </li><li>Employee discount of $9.50 every shift </li><li>Flexible hours and shifts </li><li>Paid Training </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
