Federated is seeking a motivated and curious HR Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore the many facets of Human Resources through job shadowing, project work, and professional development.</p> <p>What You'll Experience:</p> <p>As an HR Intern at Federated, you'll rotate through various areas of our HR department, gaining exposure to:</p> <ul> <li>Employee benefits and wellness programs </li><li>Leave administration and workers' compensation </li><li>Retirement planning and compliance </li><li>Talent acquisition and recruiting strategies </li><li>Employee relations and engagement initiatives </li><li>HR systems and data management (HRIS) </li><li>Compensation and benefits analysis </li><li>Special projects and cross-functional collaboration </li></ul> <p>You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, contribute to real-world tasks, and participate in team meetings and trainings. This paid internship will last about 10 weeks in the summer of 2026.
