<p>Unilock, North America's premier manufacturer of concrete paving stones and retaining walls for over 50 years is currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with strong electrical experience to join our high-performing team at our Uxbridge, MA plant.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, safety-focused environment where your expertise will help maintain and improve our advanced production systems.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As a key member of the Maintenance team, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install production equipment to minimize downtime </li><li>Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment and electrical systems </li><li>Inspect and maintain plant facilities to ensure safety and operational efficiency </li><li>Accurately document work performed, and parts/materials used daily </li><li>Read and interpret electrical prints and schematics to diagnose and correct issues </li><li>Fabricate using torch, welder, and other tools for repairs and installations </li><li>Stay current on industry standards, best practices, and code compliance </li><li>Communicate progress and issues clearly with team members and supervisors </li><li>Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Plant Manager </li></ul> <p>What You Need to Succeed</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Solid working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems </li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Experience with PC/PLC control systems and Preventive Maintenance Programs (CMMS) </li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and manuals </li><li>Skilled in welding and steel fabrication (torch, welder, and associated tools) </li><li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat </li><li>Physically able to stand, stoop, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. </li><li>Reliable, collaborative, and adaptable work ethic in a fast-paced setting </li><li>Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork and safety </li><li>Dependable and consistent attendance is required </li></ul> <p>Why Join Unilock?</p> <p>As a family-owned and operated company, we prioritize a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
