This role involves overseeing the clinical and non-clinical staff, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring smooth operations of imaging services. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated leader with excellent communication skills and a strong background in radiology management.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance Radiology services, aligning with hospital goals and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Oversee daily operations of the Radiology Department, including staffing, scheduling, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care. </li><li>----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's Degree with Radiology technical training. </li><li>Experience: Minimum of 8 years as a Radiology Technologist, with prior Radiology management experience preferred. </li><li>Must maintain proficiency in all areas of radiologic technology. </li><li>Licenses/Certifications: </li><li>Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). </li><li>Licensed by the State of Ohio. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with various departments and staff members. </li><li>Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in the Radiology field. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions under pressure. </li><li>Strong attention to detail, especially regarding compliance and safety protocols. </li><li>Must be able to work independently. </li><li>Must be customer service focused. </li></ul>
