<p>Overview</p> <p>The Warranty Services Coordinator is responsible for processing leak notifications by issuing</p> <p>purchase orders, auditing and approving subsequent contractor invoices and supporting</p> <p>documentation, and billing building owners for items not covered under the terms of the</p> <p>warranty. Coordinators are also responsible for maintaining historical records, retention of</p> <p>warranty related documents and correspondence, knowledge of multiple computer systems,</p> <p>and resolving issues stemming from any of the above. Other duties include educating</p> <p>contractors on our systems/apps as needed. Each coordinator is responsible for</p> <p>approximately $500,000 in yearly claims expenses.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with computers, including MS Office applications, CRM, and SAP. </li><li>Strong written, communication, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize duties and tasks </li><li>Willingness to learn and a desire for continuous improvement </li><li>Possess a strong mind set for dealing with difficult customers and situations </li><li>Capable of working as part of a team as well as individually </li><li>Roofing knowledge or warranty claims experience a plus </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Issuance of Purchase Orders/Work Orders:</p> <ul> <li>Issue work order/purchase order to contractor to respond to leak notification, based </li></ul> <p>on contractor base, quality rating, and geographical location</p> <ul> <li>Communicate terms of purchase order to contractor </li><li>Knowledge of all types of warranties </li><li>Resolution of problems with response time of contractor, reoccurring leak issues, and </li></ul> <p>accuracy of repairs</p> <p>Approval of Contractor Invoices:</p> <ul> <li>Audit invoices to control expenditures </li><li>Input of data and codes for historical purposes </li><li>Knowledge of terms and conditions of warranties </li><li>Knowledge of standard repair procedures </li><li>Verify contractor stays within limits of repair rates, purchase order, and industry </li></ul> <p>standard cost</p> <p>YOUR HOLCIM EXPERIENCE</p> <p>At Holcim, there is endless opportunity for you to play your part.
