Responsible for ensuring a timely response to customer's needs.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Accurately paying out all slot machine jackpots and completing all paperwork. </li><li>Servicing minor slot machine malfunctions. </li><li>Able to perform basic preventative machine maintenance. </li><li>Verifying change bank impress totals, preparing paperwork, closing and opening banks. </li><li>Knowing slot machine code errors. </li><li>Maintain a constant presence throughout the casino floor in order to assist guests on how to play and read the machines </li><li>Complete necessary sign in and out sheets for radios/keys. </li><li>Understand and follow proper procedures for radio usage. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>None</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
