Learn more about our benefits here. https://jhh.mybenefitsjhhs.com/</p> <p>Position Details:</p> <p>Role: Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (PCICU) Lead Clinical Nurse</p> <p>Shifts: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Provide guidance and leadership to the PCICU staff, oversee care delivery and unit operations in the absence of the Nurse Manager, develop and implement procedures, utilize conflict resolution, recommend resource utilization, and manage staff performance.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>BSN/MSN required</p> <p>Active Maryland or Compact RN license required</p> <p>BLS CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted)</p> <p>Minimum of 3 years of pediatric critical care experience required</p> <p>Must have authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship applicants will not be considered).</p> <p>Salary Range: Minimum 43.93/hour - Maximum 68.09/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
