<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Captain assumes responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ) aircraft on flights when assigned as Pilot in Command (PIC)</p> <p>Principal Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Act as PIC on world-wide executive and pilot demonstration flights when assigned </li><li>Act as PIC on world-wide customer support flights and Jump Seat Support flights when assigned </li><li>Act as PIC on Ferry Flights of green Falcons from Bordeaux to Little Rock when assigned </li><li>Assure that all items necessary for safe, efficient flight are accomplished by self or crew delegation </li><li>Responsible for safety/security of aircraft, crew and passengers on all flights for which they are designated PIC </li><li>Responsible for quality of all demonstration flights for which they are designated PIC </li><li>Responsible for passenger identification and adherence to all mandates of DFJ Security Protocol </li></ul> <p>Non-Principal Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Attend professional meetings/conferences as directed </li><li>Perform collateral duties as assigned by Chief Pilot of Operations, Chief Pilot of Technical or Director of Flight Operations </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Airline Transport Pilot Certificate </li><li>Current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate </li><li>Type Ratings in one current production Easy Falcon </li><li>Five years (5) of experience in corporate aviation1000 Hours in Falcon legacy or current production Aircraft. </li><li>Five hundred (500) hours as a flight crew member in international flying </li><li>Successful completion of International Operations course </li><li>Thorough understanding of relevant Federal Aviation Regulations </li><li>Flight Instructor certificate with instrument and multiengine preferred </li></ul> <p>Additional Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Type Ratings in out-of-production Falcons </li><li>Military Flight Training </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Flexible workdays/hours to accommodate operational needs of the Flight Department </li><li>Travel required, occasionally for extended periods of time </li></ul>
