<p>Job Details</p> <p>Contract Type: Unlimited / Full-Time</p> <p>Country / City: United States / Stamford, CT</p> <p>Company: Beiersdorf Inc.</p> <p>Job Function: Marketing / Market Research</p> <p>Your Tasks</p> <p>Business & Brand Responsibilities (NIVEA Lip & Universal Creams)</p> <ul> <li>Help shape & deliver innovation : Support development of the innovation pipeline grounded in consumer, market, and competitive insights; lead local product initiatives (e.g., holiday packs, bundles) end-to-end. </li><li>Drive launch and activation excellence: Execute new product launches and annual marketing plans-owning go-to-market readiness (eCommerce, retail, PR, digital/social), while ensuring strong alignment to brand strategy. </li><li>Own business performance: Lead monthly performance analysis, translating data into clear insights on key drivers, risks, and growth opportunities, including competitive dynamics. </li><li>Manage forecasting & planning : Maintain and optimize SISO (sell-in/sell-out) forecasts in close partnership with Sales and Finance. </li><li>Steward financial performance : Manage the brand P&L budget, including annual planning, tracking, and ongoing optimization of spend. </li></ul> <p>Skincare Team Support</p> <ul> <li>Brand organic presence: Lead organic social execution across owned channels, ensuring consistent, on-brand storytelling. </li><li>Drive trial & conversion: Manage and optimize consumer and shopper sampling programs. </li><li>Lead ratings & reviews programs for innovation to boost credibility and conversion. </li><li>Own PIM (Product Information Management) & DAM (Digital Asset Management): localize global assets, adapt product content for U.S. relevance, and maintain accuracy of media and product details. </li><li>Scale emerging channels: Support TikTok Shop growth, including creator briefs and ongoing performance optimization. </li></ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <ul> <li>2-4 years of experience, ideally in brand management on consumer products. </li><li>More data driven background (i.e. Nielsen/IRI), with a passion for brands could be considered. </li><li>Strong analytical skills is a must. </li><li>Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal) </li><li>Proven ability to manage social media marketing campaigns. </li><li>Experience in Skincare, Personal Care or Beauty/Cosmetics a plus. </li><li>Background in Business Administration, MBA a plus. </li><li>Experience in Food, Drug or Mass channels of distribution a must.
