<p>Staffmark is looking for a Senior Planner/Buyer to take a proactive leadership role in managing material planning, procurement, and vendor relationships in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This direct-hire position in Ontario, CA, is ideal for a supply chain professional who thrives under minimal supervision and is driven to meet customer demand through efficient, cost-effective planning and sourcing strategies.</p> <p>Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday)</p> <p>Salary: $85,000-$90,000 annually (based on experience)</p> <p>As a Senior Planner/Buyer, you'll be responsible for MRP-based planning, purchase order management, and vendor negotiations that directly impact production schedules, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery performance.
