Moran, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources</p> <p>SUBJECT:STEM Activity and Book Distribution for Elementary Students</p> <p>The above captioned position is brought to the attention of all teaching and administrative personnel. Brockton Public Schools has received STEM donations for students in grades 3-5. A team of educators (40 in total) are needed to compile the components (STEM activity, Books, Bag) after school and then to facilitate the dissemination for students in grades 3-5.</p> <ul> <li>3 staff members at each of the following schools: Gilmore, Brookfield, Hancock, Kennedy </li><li>4 staff members at each of the following schools: Angelo, Arnone, Baker, Davis, Downey, George, Raymond </li></ul> <p>Qualifications: 1.Elementary Educator 2.Strong Organizational Skills 3.Ability to work afterschool to assemble the packets 4.Some light lifting involved</p> <p>Responsibilities: 1.Assemble books and STEM activity in book bags after school 2.Arrange for each classroom for students in grades 3, 4, 5 3.Disseminate to classrooms (Grades 3, 4, 5) 4.Take photos of dissemination process for publication 5.Send all photos to the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning (PreK-5) and the Director of Bilingual Education</p> <p>Compensation: $150 stipend per participant</p> <p>Funding Source: Grant #05912Q and Grant #0537Q</p>
