In a busy work environment, the ability to juggle multiple tasks is a necessity.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Processing orders, answering and routing telephone calls, administrative paperwork and other duties as assigned </li><li>Inventory control and counting </li><li>Assist homeowners in accomplishing their vision of their outdoor living space </li><li>Promote good customer relations by consistently providing excellent customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times </li><li>Have a developed rapport with the customer base, greet by name, have knowledge of account ownership, be responsive and timely, and display a caring attitude </li><li>Act with confidence by answering or finding the answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues </li><li>Perform daily office responsibilities, working with Department Managers to maintain an efficient operation </li><li>Assist with completion of special projects as needed and assigned </li><li>Use various PC-based software packages, including spreadsheets, word processing and graphics to produce high-quality reports </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OVERVIEW: A competitive wage based on experience.
