All team members receive benefits including:</p> <ul> <li>Weekly pay </li><li>Employee assistance program </li><li>Training and development opportunities </li><li>Employee discounts </li><li>Flexible work schedules </li></ul> <p>Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement.</p> <p>What will you do?</p> <ul> <li>Verify NPO meets all criteria, coordinating NPOs training schedules and delivering training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation, ensuring NPO groups follow company policy on guest service and technical training </li><li>Supervise NPO groups and assist with check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers and Delaware North team members on event days </li><li>Track and organize non-profit group contracts </li><li>Prepare reports for NPOs on event day, preparing all security badges and credentials necessary, preparing concessions and non-profit group productivity reports after each event </li></ul> <p>More about you</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience working with NPO groups preferred </li><li>Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, eager to be challenged and initiate projects and opportunities, able to implement rules and direct staff </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and basic math skills </li><li>Skills in customer service and employee relations </li><li>Capacity to work evenings, weekends, and holidays </li></ul> <p>Physical requirements</p> <ul> <li>Carry stock items up to 50 lbs </li><li>Standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive movements for length of shift </li></ul> <p>Shift details</p> <p>Day shift</p> <p>Evening shift</p> <p>Evenings as needed</p> <p>Weekends</p> <p>8 hour shift</p> <p>10 hour shift</p> <p>12 hour shift</p> <p>Event based</p> <p>Overtime as needed</p> <p>Who we are</p> <p>Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining at Progressive Field since dating back to 1994.
