Our expectation is that all employees are engaged in this work to create a welcoming environment that supports the success of both students and staff and ensures they have the opportunity to be fully incorporated into university life.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Job duties Include, but are not necessarily limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in event planning and interdepartmental coordination for workshops and campus-wide events (and subsequent assessment) </li><li>Manage tabling events during orientations and campus-wide events </li><li>Contribute creative ideas and edit office social media pages, newsletters, and blogs </li><li>Maintain front-desk administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to: responding to calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and updating contact sheets and reports. </li><li>Professionally interact with students, staff and faculty on a daily basis </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>University of Utah student </li></ul> <p>Preferences Special Instructions Summary Additional Information</p> <p>The University is a participating employer with Utah Retirement Systems ("URS").
