<p>General Function</p> <p>To serve as an expert generalist, guiding students into and throughout a successful college experience.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li> <p>Provides friendly, timely, and accurate customer service to students and staff through phone, email, and in person.</p> </li><li> <p>Helps students navigate onboarding, registration, and college processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Assesses students' basic needs and interests, connecting them with relevant resources and services.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilizes CRM tools and systems to communicate and collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to ensure a streamlined process.</p> </li><li> <p>Represents the college at events and open houses.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides general academic and student support through technology and on campus.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol> <p>Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree and six months of work experience in a college, customer service, or administrative working environment and/or 3 years of experience in a college, customer service, or administrative working environment. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Characteristics</p> <ul> <li> <p>Detailed knowledge of college processes relating to students</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with student services offered by the college</p> </li><li> <p>Technology skills</p> </li><li> <p>Communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Academic Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to provide consistently high-quality customer service</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work productively with many different case management teams for individual students</p> </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <p>Typical office environment.</p>
